Responsibilities

• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Consult with clients in order to discover their home buying desires and motivation
• Ability to negotiate at a high level
• Participate in networking activities with the mindset of consistently prospecting for new clients; dedicated time block for daily lead generation/follow-up “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and you’re very best advice

Qualifications

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car


Compensation

$75,000 – $200,000+
